Clean Eating: When life hands you mangos make mango lassi popsicles
Try this today: 2 ripe mangos (peeled and sliced), 3-4 big heaping spoonfuls or Greek yogurt, a squeeze of honey, a pinch each of salt and cardamom. Don't skimp on the cardamom. Add a touch of water and blend until smooth. Pour into popsicle molds. Freeze and Enjoy!
