ONE-ON-ONE MOVEMENT COACHING

I'm available to visit you at your home, office, at the studio where I teach on 5th Avenue between 16-17th Street, or online. Your practice needs to fit your life, not the other way around. We'll work together to build a practice that works for you by assessing where you will benefit from increased strength and/or mobility.

In my opinion, one of the things you want to walk away with from a private yoga session is an imprint of how the teacher customized the time to the needs of the student. ONLINE MENTORSHIP FOR YOGA TEACHERS

As I make my way through PT school, I'm excited to offer continuing education for yoga and movement teachers all around the world. I'll miss you! Since I won't be available to travel and lead trainings in person, I'm moving online. This is a work in progress and I'd love to hear your thoughts on what you'd like to learn.
