ONE-ON-ONE MOVEMENT COACHING

I'm available to visit you at your home, office, at the studio where I teach on 5th Avenue between 16-17th Street, or online. Your practice needs to fit your life, not the other way around. We'll work together to build a practice that works for you by assessing where you will benefit from increased strength and/or mobility.

NOTES FROM STUDENTS

"In my opinion, one of the things you want to walk away with from a private yoga session is an imprint of how the teacher customized the time to the needs of the student. This is exactly what Caitlin did for me. It was awesome and helpful and enjoyable and exactly what I had hoped for. Caitlin answered all my questions, worked with me on my individual needs and goals, picked up on my silent cues and totally did a five star session for me!"  – Ronnie S.

"Working with Caitlin has greatly improved and deepened my yoga practice. She is friendly, encouraging, supportive, and patient. She breaks things down and explains things very clearly. After our sessions, when I am in class or practicing on my own, I can still hear her voice reminding me to make certain adjustments. I feel incredibly fortunate to have the opportunity to work with such an amazing teacher."  – Laurie Sleep

ONLINE MENTORSHIP FOR YOGA TEACHERS

As I make my way through PT school, I'm excited to offer continuing education for yoga and movement teachers all around the world. I'll miss you! Since I won't be available to travel and lead trainings in person, I'm moving online. This is a work in progress and I'd love to hear your thoughts on what you'd like to learn.

  • Would you like to learn more about yoga cross-training?
  • Looking for guidance on skillful ways to transition your style of teaching to offer more strength training and functional movement?
  • Need help navigating the slippery slope around appropriate scope of practice and how best to serve students with pain and injury?
  • Want to learn fun movement games to keep your classes interesting and fresh?

Please reach out and tell me. I'm looking forward to connecting soon!
