PRIVATE YOGA LESSONS
Traditionally taught one-on-one, the first branches of modern yoga were developed for the needs of specific individuals. A practice personalized to fit your lifestyle, learning style and physical body can provide a deeper understanding of how to work with ease while transcending limitations. Caitlin strives to teach not only the how, but also the why. Private yoga lessons are a great way to build a sustainable personal yoga practice that is intentional, skillful and safe. Sessions can be held in your home or office, or at one of the studios where Caitlin teaches.
