Hey I'm Caitlin — 


Yoga teacher and teacher trainer, turned multidisciplinary movement educator, and soon to be physical therapist.


My movement practice and teaching are inspired by yoga, physical therapy, strength training, Feldenkrais, Functional Range Conditioning, meditation, and conscious relaxation.

I’ve got your back with tools honed over several years of transition away from yoga asana and study across a wide variety of disciplines. My teaching places the student in the driver’s seat and champions inquiry. I operate from an antifragile stance, one that views the human body as robust, adaptable, and resilient. I believe in our abilities to build capacity and develop new skills through knowledge of self and interaction with our environments. My vision for movement practice expands beyond the self to support ease in participation with our families, communities, and the world.


As I pursue my Clinical Doctorate in Physical Therapy, my aim is to make movement physically accessible to the general population, and more widely available to folks across socioeconomic backgrounds. I strive to educate about the science of the human body while making space for the unknown.

"The content really is exceptional and will go a long, long way in the coming months and even years. It's so thorough and everything is well explained. I have loved watching the concept videos and the practice videos as well as joining in with the live calls as and when I could (it's great knowing I can go back to recordings of those I wasn't able to attend).
