Get an invigorating, strength-building workout in a yoga class environment, and simple tools that can transfer to a home practice or wherever life takes you. This interdisciplinary workshop combines yoga with physical therapy, strength training, Feldenkrais, Functional Range Conditioning, self massage, and conscious relaxation. Appropriate for all levels of experience.
